Varanasi, also known as Banaras or Kashi, is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Varanasi – An immersive spiritual tour brings you India’s immense religious and cultural significance. Here are some key points about Varanasi:

Ghats

Varanasi is famous for its ghats, a series of steps leading down to the banks of the River Ganges. The ghats are used for various religious rituals, bathing, and cremation ceremonies. The Dashashwamedh Ghat is one of the most prominent and is known for its evening Ganga Aarti, a mesmerising ritual involving fire, lamps, and chanting.

Itinerary of Varanasi – An Immersive Spiritual Tour:

Day 1: Arrival in Varanasi. Check into Ashram and take some rest. Proceed to view Ganga Arati at Dasaswamedh Ghat. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Early morning meditation followed by a Special Arati at Assi ghat and then a morning boat ride to see the fascinating view of the old city and enjoy a Shehnai performance on the boat. We will visit a few ghats, including Manikarnika ghat. Then visit the newly built Kashi Vishwanath Corridor and Lord Shiva’s Golden Temple and return to the hotel for breakfast.Then visit the newly built Kashi Vishwanath Corridor and Lord Shiva’s Golden Temple and return to the hotel for breakfast.

Then, we will visit Sarnath, where Budha had preached his first sermon after enlightenment. Then we will visit the ancient Markandeya Mahadev temple on the confluence of the Ganges and Gomti rivers. While returning, we will visit two Jain temples (birthplaces of two Jain Tirthankars). We will meditate in various locations and then return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Today is the day for walking tours. After meditation and breakfast, we will proceed to the Heritage Walk Tour of Varanasi’s old city. During the walking tour, we will visit the place of Tulasi Das, where he scripted Ramcharitmanas. We will listen to numerous stories of Varanasi & Rani Ahilya Bai (who rebuilt the Kasi Vishwanath Temple after Aurangzeb destroyed it.) Post lunch, we will visit a few exclusive temples of Varanasi. We will meditate at the appropriate places and then return to the hotel in the evening for meditation, dinner, and an overnight stay there.

Day 4: We begin with morning meditation. After breakfast, we will visit the excavated site of ancient Kashi. We will visit the Theosophical Society campus (J Krishnamurthy Foundation). Then we will proceed to the airport for the departure flight. The tour ends with sweet memories.

Accommodation: Yoga Mandir Ashram

Package Cost per person: ₹ 18,800 + 5% GST

Inclusions:

  • 3N stay at the above-mentioned Ashram (DBL sharing basis).
  • Breakfast and dinner at the place of stay. Lunch at an outside restaurant.
  • One boat ride, as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Innova Crysta or Ertiga for airport transfers and sightseeing.
  • Heritage walking tour of Varanasi
  • English-speaking guide during the tour

Exclusions:

  • Airfare
  • Any special Darshan or puja expenses at any temple
  • Any expenditure personal in nature.
  • Anything not mentioned in the Inclusions.

Payment terms:

Rs. 10,000/- per person advance amount for confirmation. Balance

Amount to be paid 21 days before travel.

Scan and Pay

Cancellation Policy:

Our basic service charge of Rs. 2000/- per person for 30 days and above.
25% cancellation fees 29 – 20 days before the tour start date
50% cancellation fees 19 – 15 days before the tour start date
100% cancellation fees within 14 days before the tour start date

Note:

Boat ride depends on weather conditions. In case of extreme weather conditions like heavy rain or high water level at Ganga, the boat ride is suspended by Govt. Flight details will be suggested to you depending on the city of origin.
